About
Dr. Michael Pincus brings more than 40 years of experience in cosmetic dentistry, restorative care, and occlusal rehabilitation to Wheatland Dental Care. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Florida and completed his dental training at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Pincus developed a strong clinical focus on the connection between oral health and airway health. Recognizing that many patients who snore may also suffer from obstructive sleep apnea, he pursued advanced training in dental sleep medicine. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Pincus has been recognized as an “Outstanding Dentist” by Texas Monthly and named Best Dentist by D Magazine from 2021 through 2024. He has also served as president and board member of the Leukemia Association of North Central Texas.
Outside the office, Dr. Pincus is a writer and speaker, and the author of The 7 Stages of a Dental Practice Life Cycle. He and his wife, Jeanette, have been married since dental school and are proud parents and grandparents.
