Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about insurance, appointments, treatment costs, or dental care? Find answers to some of the questions we hear most often from our patients.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! We work hard to help patients maximize their dental benefits, whether we're in-network or out-of-network with their insurance plan. We participate with many PPO insurance plans and are happy to verify your benefits before your visit. If you're unsure about your coverage, simply give our team a call and we'll help you understand your options.

How much is a dental cleaning?

With most insurance plans, routine cleanings are covered at little to no out-of-pocket cost. For patients without insurance, we offer a complete cleaning special for $99, which includes a professional cleaning, diagnostic X-rays, and a comprehensive dental exam. Book online today to get started.

I just need one tooth checked. How much will that cost?

A focused dental exam is $99 and includes an evaluation of the area causing concern. If you choose to move forward with treatment during the same visit, your $99 exam fee will be applied toward the cost of treatment. Book online to schedule your appointment.

I don't have insurance. Do you offer discounts?

Our in-house Dental Savings Plan is designed for patients without dental insurance and offers significant savings on routine and restorative care. For $49.99/month, members receive:
  • Two professional cleanings per year
  • X-rays and comprehensive exams
  • One emergency exam annually
  • Exclusive member discounts
Unlike traditional insurance, there are no deductibles, waiting periods, or annual maximums, just straightforward savings on quality dental care.

How do you manage pain during treatment?

Patient comfort is one of our top priorities. We use advanced techniques, high-quality nitrous oxide, gentle vibration technology, and modern treatment methods to make procedures as comfortable as possible. We also offer TENS units to help reduce soreness and support recovery, so patients can remain comfortable during and after treatment.

How can I get the most out of my dental insurance?

The best way to maximize your benefits is to use your preventive care services, including routine exams and cleanings. We also recommend scheduling treatment early in the year whenever possible and understanding your plan's annual benefits. If your insurance doesn't provide the coverage you need, our Dental Savings Plan may offer a more affordable alternative.

What if my dental treatment doesn't work?

Your trust is extremely important to us. If something doesn't feel right or a treatment doesn't perform as expected, we encourage you to contact our office right away. We'll carefully evaluate the situation, discuss your options, and work toward the best possible solution. Our commitment to your care continues long after treatment is completed.

What qualifies as a dental emergency?

Dental emergencies can include severe toothaches, broken or knocked-out teeth, dental infections, swelling, lost restorations, or injuries affecting the teeth and gums. If you're experiencing pain or believe you have a dental emergency, contact our office as soon as possible so we can help determine the next steps.

How quickly can I be seen for a dental emergency?

TODAY! We take walk-in emergency patients Monday through Saturday. Call 972-227-6453 for immediate assistance.

Do you treat children?

Yes! We welcome patients of all ages and provide family-friendly dental care in a comfortable environment. Our team works hard to create positive dental experiences for children while helping them develop healthy oral hygiene habits that last a lifetime.

Great care, great people, great service. I've been here over 5 years on their dental plan for uninsured patients. I have regular cleanings, x-rays, etc covered under the plan. Give them a call, you won't regret it.
